We try to ship out orders as soon as we can. Orders may be shipped from the United States as well as select international locations depending on the product. Currently, we ship with USPS or UPS for domestic orders. Our customer order processing is 1-3 business days. That is the time it takes for us to prepare a customer order, not the time it takes to ship and get to the customer. The average domestic shipping window is 3-7 business days. These shipping times may vary from customer order fulfillment and shipping times due to peak seasons or carrier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight of package, and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for current offers.
